We have put in place a clear refund and cancellation policy to effectively assist you with any issues you may encounter. This policy covers all aspects of returning products or cancelling orders. It applies to every order submitted to BoxBaba and fully respects your legal rights under applicable Consumer Protection Laws.

Returns and Refunds Process

Our products are meticulously custom-made to your specific instructions and guidelines, ensuring they meet your unique requirements. If your order does not align with your specifications or arrives with any faults, please contact us at sales@boxbaba.com within 3 working days of receiving your order. Prompt communication allows us to address and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Company's Side Responsibility for Defects

Should we determine that a defect exists on our end, BoxBaba is committed to rectifying the situation by reprinting your entire order at no additional cost. To facilitate this process, please return the complete order within 7 working days of notifying us and cover the return shipping costs.
Furthermore, provide digital photographs or other documentation clearly showing the defect. Our decision regarding the defect and our responsibility is final, ensuring consistency and maintaining the high quality of our services.

Customer’s Side Responsibility for Defects

In instances where a defect is attributable to handling or other customer-related factors, but you still wish to receive a refund, the following applies:
You must return the complete order, and please be aware that shipping, product setup, printing, and billing costs will be deducted from your refund amount. We have a policy in place to make sure that any costs are covered while still providing you with a solution.

How to Cancel Your Order

Once you give your approval, we promptly forward the order proof to our press department for processing. Please adhere to these instructions to guarantee a seamless cancellation process in the event that you choose to cancel your order:

-If a cancellation is made within four hours of the proof being approved, it is free. You can immediately halt the processing of your order by contacting us through the method of your choice.

– You will incur an extra 5% fee for cancellations made after 4 hours. This fee covers the initial processing and handling of your order.

Cancellations must be communicated within 12 to 24 hours of proof approval to prevent additional charges. We greatly appreciate your prompt response, as it will enable us to handle your request with care and minimize any disruptions.

Note: No Refund After Press Processing

Once your order has been processed in the press, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be provided if you decide to cancel. We offer free warehouse storage for your order and can coordinate shipment at your convenience, ensuring that your order is securely stored until you are prepared to get it.
